Cub Scout Pack 578 was founded in May 1978. It is one of the largest, oldest, and most active Packs in Orange County. Designated as a Quality Unit by the Boy Scouts of America, Pack 578’s ultimate goal is to promote a boy’s physical, mental, and spiritual development. We have many exciting events planned each year, such as bowling, pack game night, and overnight camping opportunities, as well as the popular pinewood derby and world-renowned Scout-O-Rama.  Above all, we have fun – with a purpose!

After enjoying the long summer, we kicked off our new cub scouting year in September. We welcomed in a new Tiger den at our first pack meeting.
