The Mindfulness Center

The Buddha taught that change must begin with yourself.

The Mindfulness Center’s philosophical approach is to utilize counseling and the encouragement process as an opportunity for personal change and spiritual growth.

The Center will provide general advice from a Buddhist perspective.

If you choose to participate in The Mindfulness Center, we ask that you refrain from focusing on others, and instead we ask you to focus on how you can transform, in the midst of your circumstances.
